**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to join our busy and dynamic HR team at ReturnToWorkSA.

You will support the HR Services team in a proactive and empathic manner. In particular, you will:

- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes including producing employment contracts, new starter paperwork, facilitating inductions and conducting exit interviews
- Oversee the administration of employment cessations, role changes, transfers, and changes to conditions of employment
- Support the WHS Advisor to effectively administer and coordinate activities and actions within the RTWSA system of safety
- Support the coordination and administration of HR related committees and forums
- Take ownership of Human Resources administration function and systems maintenance, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Contribute to Human Resources projects and initiatives as required
