Our People and Partnerships team partner with leaders to provide efficient, solution-focused, and innovative people services which support the department to deliver strategies, programs and services that improve the wellbeing and safety of South Australians.

**Role Details**

The Human Resources Business Partner is a role within People and Performance and is accountable to the Manager, HR Business Partnership for:

- Providing an advisory and consultancy service on a range of human resources matters, policies, practices and procedures to leaders and staff that support the delivery of people management initiatives, projects, and reporting activities.
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**Special Conditions**

National Police Check required.
Must hold a current Australian issued driver’s licence (equivalent to minimum class C).
Qualification, or working towards a qualification in human resources, business administration, employment law or other relevant field is desirable.

**Role Status**: Term up to 30/06/2025
