**Role Details**:
The Human Resources Business Partner is a role within Human Resources, Wellbeing and Safety and is accountable to the Manager, Human Resources Business Partnership for:

- Partnering with the business to provide strategic advice and technical human resource advice to support the business to effectively lead and manage people, achieve change and business outcomes.
- Assessing and anticipating human resources-related needs and delivering services to a specific portfolio within the department that enhance business outcomes.
- Proactively contributing to workforce procedures, policies and initiatives and support of the development and implementation.

**Special Conditions**: National Police Check required.

Must hold a current Australian issued driver’s licence (equivalent to minimum class C).

Role Status: Term up to 28/02/2025.

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, business administration, employment law, a related discipline, or significant relevant experience is desirable.
