This leading Australian brand is a company committed to delivering exceptional products to their customers. As a leader in their field, they are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Category Marketing Manager to join their team on a 6 month fixed-term basis and contribute to their continued success.
- Develop and implement comprehensive category marketing plans, outlining strategies for product positioning, promotions, and market penetration.
- Conduct thorough market analysis, staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within assigned categories.
- Manage and optimise product assortments within each category, making data-driven decisions to maximise sales and profitability.
- Create compelling marketing collateral, including product messaging, promotions, and campaigns, to effectively communicate the value proposition of products within each category.
- Utilise customer insights and feedback to continuously improve and innovate category marketing strategies.

**Key Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Category Marketing Manager or similar role in a retail/ FMCG or the quick services sector would be highly regarded.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across different teams.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work autonomously and take the lead on key campaigns.
