Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be overseeing the Front Office function at a leadership level, whilst ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, and leading a team of dedicated professionals to deliver unparalleled service. You will be responsible for the following:

- Ensureing hotel targets around RPS, NPS, Loyalty and room upselling are met to ensure KPI’s are achieved.
- Operate all aspects of the Front Office computer system, including software maintenance, report generation and analysis and simple configuration changes to ensure an efficient and effective system.
- Train, supervise, and motivate front office staff to provide exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Prepare revenue and occupancy forecasting, as well as Front Office monthly reports, commenting on key performance indicators in order to drive the financial performance of the hotel.
- Monitor all VIP’s, special guests and their requests to and their needs are met and loyalty is maintained.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest services and ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Strive to implement the Accor Vision and demonstrate active use of Accor Heartist Values in order to lead by example.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a Front Office Manager.
- A ‘can-do’ attitude and a genuine passion for guest experience.
- A coaching & mentoring mindset to support your team's growth & performance.
- Ability to work & thrive in a close-knit team environment.
- Experience with Opera PMS would be highly regarded.
- Ability to work a flexible rotating roster across 7 days.
