Located in the beautiful Kiama region, our client is seeking a vibrant and hard-working
**Property Manager** to join their highly regarded team.

Previous property management experience is highly desired and advantageous. However we encourage anyone with relevant skills and experience to apply.

**Your duties will include**:

- Assisting with all areas of the PM department;
- Delivering exceptional customer service;
- Communicating with owners, including meeting onsite if required;
- Assistance with preparation of accounts and invoicing for mid/end of month;
- Assisting with lease renewal negotiations;
- Attending NCAT as required;
- Outgoing inspections;
- Issuing breach notices as required; and
- Negotiating and understanding the long term consequences of daily PM decisions;

**To succeed in this role you'll have...**
- Previous real estate experience is highly desired;
- A real estate licence, or registration certificate (or be willing to obtain one ASAP);
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
