Due to internal promotions, **Ray White | Kiama** are seeking a confident and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a **Leasing Manager**.

This position is your pathway to a long term, rewarding career in real estate. We are invested in your development and will provide training and support for you to learn, grow and succeed. Whilst previous real estate experience is a distinct advantage, it's not essential. We are more interested in motivated and passionate individuals. Attitude is everything to us, we can teach you the skills if you bring the right attitude

**Your duties will include**:

- Liaising with a range of stakeholders, including tenants, landlords etc;
- Handling prospective tenant enquiries;
- Conducting open for inspections;
- Opportunities to assist with marketing collateral;
- Assisting with the preparation of tenancy agreements;
- Conducting in-going inspections;
- Consulting with owners to help them maximise leasing potential;
- Diary management; and
- General administration.

**To succeed in this role you'll have**:

- Previous real estate experience is an advantage, however not essential;
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or be willing to obtain one ASAP);
- High level communication skills;
- The ability to prioritise;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- A high attention to detail;
- Exceptional time management skills;
- The ability to build and maintain a positive culture;
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a greater team; and
- A valid driver’s licence.
