Property Officer

We currently have an opportunity for a Property Officer to join the Property and Recreation team. As a Property Officer you will get to provide professional assistance to the Manager Property and Recreation as directed on property related functions including land and property management, acquisitions, disposals, easements and Crown Lands Management

**What we offer...**
- Temporary full time, 35 hours per week until April 2025.
- Annual salary from $63,968.32 to $76,776.96 (salary is dependent on qualifications, skills and experience)
- Plus 11% superannuation
- Laptop

**What you'll need to be successful in the role...**
- Experience providing high level administrative support.
- Experience managing property related activities.
- Relevant local government experience.
- Experience in engaging and liaising with solicitors, valuers, land/property professionals, consultants and customers.
- Project management experience with the ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in preparing reports and maintaining essential registers including policies and procedures of the Property portfolio.
- Class C Driver’s Licence
