This new position based in Melbourne will support our continued growth as we expand our national footprint.

**The Role**

Are you looking for a new role where you can be at the forefront of our ever-evolving renewable energy technologies?

We are looking for an experienced Stores & Logistics Officer who will organise and track the products that are essential for the Company’s day-to-day operations and project delivery.

As we expand, this autonomous role will ensure optimal stock levels are maintained by working closely with the Purchasing and Production teams. This will include preparing reports on stock levels, utilisation, and costs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Oversight and delivery of warehouse functions including but not limited to the
- Increase the efficiency of the day to day running of the stores.
- Receipt of incoming goods, check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices.
- Unload vehicles, opening packages and removing contents.
- Manage & keep accurate records of all inwards goods
- Allocation of parts to assets, work orders and updating the system as required.
- Organisation and dispatch of products and items.
- Review parts & consumables levels to ensure stock is ordered in the most cost effective way.
- Manage credit and warranty processes.
- Operation of machinery to move, lift, place and remove goods.
- Order materials/ consumables as required for production.
- Inventory and stock take.
- Ensure spare materials and equipment are ready for upcoming projects

About you:

- Solid warehouse experience
- Experience with computerised tracking systems
- Current drivers’ licence and HR licence (including forklift)
- Electrical and mechanical components familiarity
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Time management, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills including MS Office
- Understanding of ISO standards and HSE requirements
