**Selection criteria to be addressed**:

- Demonstrated experience and commitment in providing responsive and professional customer service.
- Demonstrated attention to detail with a very high level of systematic, accuracy with an understanding of risks associated with data errors.
- Proven level of competence to manage multiple appointments for individuals, room booking, equipment allocation and fleet bookings as required.
- Ability to identify and prioritise daily work requirements, adapting priorities within a constantly changing environment to achieve positive outcomes, understanding when matters require escalation.
- High level competency in the use of information and communication technology, including standard software, experience working with data and ability to learn new programs readily.
- Clear understanding of confidentiality and privacy and the importance of working within the provisions of policy, procedure and Standards.
