We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Corporate Governance team. Based at Town Hall and reporting to the Executive Officer -Lord Mayor and Elected Members, your days will be varied as you provide high level administrative support to the Office of the Lord Mayor and Elected Members.

Role accountabilities include:

- Coordinate and monitor correspondence
- Independently writing responses to enquiries
- Research and develop briefing materials for meetings, speeches, events and functions
- Logging and monitoring responses to elected member requests
- Support the delivery of special projects

**PAY AND CONDITIONS**

**Enterprise Agreement**:Hobart City Council Enterprise Agreement 2021

**Classification**: Municipal Officer, Level 3

**Salary Range**:$80,391 - $87,886 plus 12.5% superannuation

**Tenure**:Permanent
