This job closes on Tuesday 20 February 2024 at 5.00pm**Ideally, you will have an Advanced Diploma in a Business/Public Administration field, or similar, coupled with several years of experience providing administrative support to elected officials or senior executives, or other formal qualifications in the related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience or a similar industry.

Some of your main functions for the role will be to:

  • Coordinate and monitor correspondence including independently writing responses to enquiries or concerns.
  • Research and develop briefing materials for meetings, speeches, events and functions.
  • Maintain corporate records in line with Council policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate special projects including a broad range of events and forums.
