This role provides business partnering to all workforce groups and broader HR team on rewards/remuneration and benefits policies, programs and practices across Liberty Asia Pacific including analysis, forecasting of performance and feasibility of rollouts. The incumbent also provides workforce technology systems and reporting/analysis functions to ensure the most effective utilisation of talent resources for the purposes of achieving strategic business objectives and improve business efficiencies.

Job Duties
- Work with the Head of HR AP to develop and implement remuneration and benefit/reward initiatives and strategies in relation to areas of workforce across the Asia Pacific region.
- Assist management to review remuneration cycle on analysing, preparing and cross-checking review files and reports, creating and delivering trainings to managers, working with global teams on system readiness, workforce communications and data upload in SAP HRIS.
- Analyse and evaluate areas of business unit workforce to manage annual planning process regarding future year headcount, costing & budgeting analysis, including promotional and market adjustment recommendations.
- Manage and coordinate a broad range of remuneration and benefit policies and programs, making recommendations on appropriate changes and enhancements and assisting with implementation of the remuneration and benefit policy and program changes.
- Work with management to align workforce resources initiatives with business strategy/solutions in accordance with budgeting restrictions, future workforce requirements, industry needs and succession plans.
- Partner with business managers to continually analyse, prioritise and respond proactively to organisational needs and business improvements.
- Assist with workforce systems and technology, partner with global and local teams to deliver system and analytics solutions for the Asia Pacific region.
- Provide guidance on remuneration sacrificing programs and activities carried out by payroll.
- Provide support to the HR technology systems deliverables, assist the implementation of system enhancements and broader HR technology systems and processes that improve business efficiencies.
- Produce monthly headcount reports and ad hoc workforce reports, identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency of reporting function.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to the Reward team members on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, statutory and corporate affairs requirements on a timely basis.
- Take responsibility and showing initiative in the development of own technical and soft skills.
- Continue to seek improvement of self and business functions by the continuous improvement of practices and processes.

Experience & Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Business Administration, Finance, Talent Resourcing or closely related discipline
- 5 years of experience in Business Analysis in Remuneration, with minimum 3 years’ experience in Reward Specialist.
- Previous experience in general insurance or financial services industry highly desireable
- Sound technological aptitude and ability of understanding and working with various systems and databases
