**Key Responsibilities**:

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- At least 5 years of experience in risk advisory, with a proven track record of successfully leading risk management initiatives.
- Comprehensive knowledge of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, CRM, or relevant qualifications are advantageous.
