**The Role**

The Associate Director - has global responsibility for the successful implementation of the new product uptake of existing clients, restructures, closures, or complex transitions/operating models across the Operations.

The role is responsible for oversight of global Operational Product Implementation and will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that IFM drives consistency and best in class implementation across all products with the objective of seamless integration resulting in positive client experiences.

The Implementation Associate Director will be a seasoned leader with strong stakeholder management presence and the ability to consult and influence clients and senior management.

Specific areas of responsibility include:

- Plan coordinate and project manage the delivery and transition of new investments and restructure activities across operations end-to-end.
- Engage in client discussions and relationships management activities as required to understand client needs.
- Liaise with and co-ordinate custodians, investment managers and other external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely completion of Client transitions and restructures.
- Ensure appropriate levels of governance are applied to all implementation activities
- Facilitate information provision to external stakeholders to help ensure no additional risk to the management of Client assets during the transition period, e.g. data provision to Transition managers, Portfolio Managers.
- Train, develop and guide staff to promote collaboration and continuous improvement.

**Your Background and Experience**
- 10+ years in Financial Services, with specific technical knowledge of Fund Accounting and Unit Pricing, Investment Administration & Custody Operations
- Preferred 3+ years in a direct Implementation / Transition Management or Project Management role, with a proven track record
- Tertiary qualifications in commerce, economics, finance or related field
- Strong Stakeholder management skills
- Business acumen, financial metrics and key performance drivers
- Understanding of taxation laws, regulations and governance requirements as they relate to IFM Investors
