**Your key responsibilities**
- Commercial support: provide support for the Fine Fragrance Senior Account Manager based in Australia. Support ACM in managing specific clients and projects. Issue customer pricing and track profitability
- Manage specific projects for the region. Answer the customer needs by using DSM-Firmenich internal resources : documentation creation and filing skills.
- Assist in rolling-out collections and collecting feedback. Assist in the preparation of client presentations and visits.
- Contribute to development and implementation of Fine Fragrance Strategy for the region. Contribute to regional FF sales budget preparation and input. Elaborate presentations and promotional ideas to promote DSM-Firmenich fragrances and perfumery expertise. Assist in purchasing market products.
- Global coordination: work closely with the team in Singapore and Globally - Marketing, Fragrance Development, Technical etc. Participate in connectivity, synchronization and integration projects. Contribute in all activities related to development and implementation of strategies
- Coordinate projects, promotional calendars and requests. Generate Monthly Internal Report for ANZ (sales, pricing, profitability, new launches, organizational changes, projects, other special reports).

**You bring**
- Bachelor Degree/Diploma qualification
- 3-5 years of commercial relevant experience
- Computer literacy will be preferred
- Good understanding of the business
