**The Opportunity**
This position based at the truck dealership and suits someone who is pro-active and enjoys problem solving to provide customers with an optimal experience, liaising with their workshop and parts sales colleagues, creating customer care plans, for a smooth process. Basic Mechanical and Automotive industry knowledge essential, whether passenger or heavy vehicle, but you don't need to be a qualified technician. Some customer site visits within Victoria will required during working hours.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Answering customer phone enquiries
- Detail new products or services to clients
- Technical Service Updates
- Assisting customers to get their issues rectified
- Supplying invoices or history invoices to customers upon request
- Organizing 3rd party repairs when required: Paint Shops etc
- Raise and check repair orders
