**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are seeking a Pre-Delivery Service Advisor to join our dynamic team in Laverton. Acting as a liaison between the sales and pre-delivery departments, you will be communicating with service technicians about vehicle problems and timeline statuses, to ensure vehicles are delivered on time.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greet customers and address their inquiries promptly
- Manage appointment bookings
- Maintain data accuracy on the system
- Collaborate with technicians for timely completion of repairs and services
- Provide details of recommended services and associated costs to customers
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive estimates for stakeholders
- Raise, process and close repair orders
- Assist with enquiries from contractors, dealers and vendors
- Attend to front counter when required

**ABOUT YOU**
- Outstanding interpersonal communication
- Customer-focused
- Great organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Attention to detail
- Specialised knowledge of Automotive Industry
- Basic knowledge of Auto I.T. system desirable
- Qualified Diesel/Motor Mechanic desirable
- Costing experience desirable
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry is highly regarded
