- Participate to the Go/No Go process and highlight Engineering bandwidth constraints
- Analyse customer requirements and be the guarantor that tenders will be achieved in compliance with the customers' requirements
- Lead the overall offer elaboration, highlighting our value proposal on a Solution Point of View that will address customer Business Case
- Analyse the technical Risks and propose associated mitigation/exclusions
- Analyse with the Sales Manager and the Legal team the T&Cs and propose associated deviations
- Establish the overall costing of the project, including Internal (Product, Engineering, Field Service), External Costs (Subcontractors) costs and define the level of contingencies to be applied based on Risk & Opportunity Matrix
- Trigger the Bid/No Bid process as well as intermediate Offer Review milestones
- Prepare the offer package (Commercial & technical) and submit it through Sales
- Provide inputs on the T&Cs based on Risks identified
- Support the Sales in the negotiation
- Transfer the project to the Operation Team
- Take part in the Return of Experience meeting following successful or failed tenders
- Maintain & update the Costing Sheet as well as the costing guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Masters in engineering
- Minimum 8 years' working experience with 5 years' proven bid management experience in Turnkey proposal Management/Negotiation with utilities, IPPs, Developers or industrial projects
- Proven experience managing or coordinating internal personnel, engineering resources, estimating personnel, procurement, and construction contractors
- Demonstrated and advanced knowledge of the REN energy market. Storage will be a plus
- Ability to work accurately and quickly under pressure in a dynamic environment: Hands-on mind-set, high energy
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
