**The Role**

As a Bid Writer, you'll play a pivotal role in business development efforts. Craft persuasive bids, collaborate with experts, and win new projects and contracts.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop persuasive and engaging proposal content, tailored to the requirements and preferences of the target audience.
- Conduct thorough research to ensure proposals are well-informed, relevant, and showcase our unique value proposition.
- Write, edit, and proofread proposals for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements, guidelines, and deadlines.
- Continuously improve bid writing processes and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bid Writer within the engineering, construction, or consultancy industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear and compelling language.
- Strong research and analytical skills, enabling you to gather information effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with bid management software.
