**The Role**
The City of Whittlesea, is seeking a Kindergarten Reform guru to head up our Kindergarten Reform project. With so many exciting changes arising from the reforms you will embrace challenges as opportunities, allowing creativity and innovation with a high performing team to influence and support early years infrastructure.

You will lead and coordinate the strategic planning of infrastructure, service planning and impact, stakeholder relationships and data interrogation to support the role out of three-year-old kindergarten and the ‘Best Start, Best Life’ Reform.

This role is critical in planning for Council’s implementation of the reform including the delivery of the early years’ infrastructure pipeline, ensuring that our range of early years’ facilities meet the needs of our rapidly growing, diverse community.

**About you**
You are knowledgeable and passionate about service improvement, research and evaluation of new and existing community and early years infrastructure to inform future options and interventions to contribute to vibrant, strong communities.

Ideally you will have the following experience and attributes:

- A tertiary qualification in early childhood, Project management, or related filed combined with extensive experience
- A comprehensive understanding of the three-year-old roll out and ‘Best Start, Best Life’ reform.
- A strong commitment to working collaboratively
- A passion for leading people and building the capability of others
- A keen interest in leading innovative change and continuous improvement.
- Strong project management skills and skills in data analysis,
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with many stakeholders.
