**Pay: $34 / hour + super**

**Location: Parramatta (Hybrid working available)**

**Hours of work: 37.5hrs / week**

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with customer service experience to join a dedicated and collaborative team to support the people of NSW.

The Branch provides energy rebates and crisis payments worth millions of dollars annually to eligible low income and vulnerable households.

**Primary purpose of the role**:

- The Customer Service Agent works across either the Energy Accounts Payment Assistance or Energy Rebates teams to deliver high quality customer service and administration.
- This includes assessing customer eligibility for government support and working with energy retailers to assist customers with seeking additional supports.
- You will need to be able to communicate well and with empathy when interacting with vulnerable or stressed customers, delivering high-quality customer service and meeting KPIs. You will have excellent attention to detail and work with integrity.

**We are looking for a team member with**:

- Quality customer service preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced call centre environment.
- Effective and timely communication skills.
- A proactive and can-do attitude
