The role
Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Facilities eHealth Portfolio your role will be responsible for providing guidance and assistance in the development, reporting, planning, implementation and evaluation of business policies, mandatory standards, and guidelines for areas of facilities and fleet management.
The successful person
**You will have demonstrated**:

- Demonstrated knowledge of whole of Government policies and regulations in relation to facilities service delivery
- Possesses high level communication and interpersonal skills, relates well to people at all levels, uses diplomacy and tact, sound judgement on sensitive and confidential issues, and builds constructive and effective relationships.
- Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in a highly focused customer service facilities environment.
- Well-developed interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills including the ability to provide advice, negotiate and influence others and work collaboratively with people to make the right decision.

The Corporate Services Division (CSD) provides a wide-range of enabling and business support services to the Department of Health. The Corporate Facilities team is responsible for providing a customer focused service and strategic leadership of the leased sites within the Department of Health accommodation portfolio.
