Our client is a well-respected and dependable government organisation. They are urgently seeking Call Centre Operators with exceptional customer service skills. The experienced and dedicated Customer Service Officer will be granted with an exciting contract role This is an immediately starting role based in Parramatta with work from home options after training If successful, you will be required to work 35 hours per week on a rotating roster Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:30am and 6pm.

If selected for this exciting call centre opportunity, you will be responsible for the following duties:

- Deliver high quality customer service in a high-volume contact centre environment.
- Support customers by providing initial advice and direction.
- Identify and escalate complex enquiries.
- Assist in the recording and maintenance of customer enquiries database as part of the customer relationship management system.
- Knowledge of policy, legislation and processes to effectively respond to customer needs.
- Work across multiple technology platforms and databases.

To be successful for this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and posses the below personal qualities:

- Minimum of 6 months experience working in a contact centre environment.
- Ability to confidently work across multiple systems and databases.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to stay focused in a high volume environment.
