**About the role**

We have an opportunity for a **Technology Operations Centre **Manager to** be part of our Technology Infrastructure & Networks, Technology Command team. The Technology Operations Centre (TOC) Managers’ primary role is to plan, organise, and manage a team of 24/7 operators to ensure stability and availability of all NSW Police Force critical technology services. The Technology Operations Centre Manager is responsible for data centre operations, real time availability insights, major incident management and enterprise problem management insights.
