We are now looking for an experienced and accomplished people leader for a newly scoped out role as
**Customer Relations Manager.** Reporting to the GM of Sales you will lead a small, loyal and close-knit customer service team, providing direction, building structure and expectations, and elevating the team to a higher customer service best practice standard.
This is a highly operational role where it will be important for you to lead by example when raising the bar and challenging the status quo. Stakeholder management both internally and externally will be critical as will your ability to understand the overarching business strategy and how this especially important team can support, contribute to, and enhance the customer experience. On going process improvement in an environment of change and expansion will be the norm; your superpower will be how you can take this experienced team along that journey with enthusiasm. Initiative, your ability to understand the bigger picture and how this division can contribute and add value will be invaluable insights.
Previous experience leading and developing a customer service team is essential experience for this role. Any experience gained from working in the FMCG or food manufacturing sectors will be highly regarded but not essential. Solid technical skills are expected together with experience in being able to analyse data and generate high level reports. Stakeholder management and engagement together with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service will be at your core. This role is a 100% onsite role Mon-Fri.
