We're excited to be searching for a new team member to join our National Customer Experience department within our Customer Relations team.
_ About the role:
_
- Produce written correspondence to relevant parties including government bodies, in response to customer issues
- Investigate complex product issues by liaising directly with customers and various internal departments to ensure the accuracy of information and the timeframes in which events occurred
- Convey technical information in a concise and easy to understand written context
- Take ownership of your allocated cases and follow through with all relevant parties in a timely manner ensuring excellent communication throughout the process
- Make balanced decisions to resolve complaints, ensuring due process is followed and the final outcome is the best possible solution for all parties involved
