**About the role**:
Are you a dynamic individual who thrives on growing business, turning people onto new ideas, and helping people to see what their options are? Fresho is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our incredible sales team and drive the adoption of our industry-leading SaaS solution.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager in Australia, you’ll play a pivotal role in generating new opportunities and securing meetings for our ANZ Sales team.
While previous experience in the wholesale food or hospitality industry is preferred, what matters most is your passion for people, technology and making a difference in our customer’s lives. You will be fearless in the face of opposition, self-motivated and demonstrate real grit.
**Your Responsibilities**:
**Meet Outbound Sales Qualified Opportunity Quotas**
- Meet Inbound and Outbound SQO Quotas for sales-qualified opportunities each quarter.
- Report results and other outbound metrics each week
**Setup meetings through cold outreach**
- Building lists of key decision-makers
- Asking effective questions to investigate prospect needs
- Efficiently organising and developing prospects into booked meetings
**Investigate and qualify assigned leads**
- Manage leads and pipeline using Salesforce and Aircall as the single source of truth for all contact information
- Investigate key details about prospective firms and understand their business
- Create tasks and processes to follow up with every lead effectively
**Build trust and rapport with potential prospects**
- Confidently contact and talk to key decision-makers
- Utilise best practices and effective communication techniques
- Build rapport to gain enough trust that prospects listen and act
**What will support your success**:
- 1-2 year prior experience in sales, preferably in a software or SaaS company OR in the food supply industry
- Strong understanding of B2B software products and the ability to quickly learn and explain complex concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using collaboration and documentation tools such as Salesforce,, Google Docs, HubSpot, G Suite, and other similar platforms.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.

Salary Range: $70,000- $85,000 AUD + ESOP
