Well and Good is proudly Australian owned. All of their products are made in Melbourne in a strictly Gluten, Dairy and Nut Free environment.
Creating delicious, heartening food for people with allergies and special dietary needs is what their family does best. They feel that everyone should enjoy good food; kids or kids at heart, allergies or none.
Well and Good was created by Managing Director Sam Barak in 2005. Amazingly, it all began in his converted family garage. This is where Sam and Mark Tunchon (Well and Good and Technical Director) developed their strategy, built customer lists, formulated recipes, baked, tested, planned and engineered "Well and Good".
Today they are one of Australia's leading allergy-free businesses at the forefront of the gluten free food industry. A dedicated team has grown over the years and is continually innovating, creating and developing allergen free products and recipes.
**The role**

The National Sales Manager
- Foodservice will have responsibility for the total foodservice and OOH channel
This will involve creating outstanding commercial relationships with key national distributors, caterers, OOH and end user customers to achieve the revenue and profit growth targets set by the organisation.
Reporting to the CEO this position will be an integral member of the Senior Leadership Team and work closely with the technical department in adding new products and offerings to the national customers
This role will be both strategic and highly executional meaning that the incumbent will have a passion for sales, business development and customer service.
