Seeking an enthusiastic, self-starter for our new Werribee Mercy Hospital Emergency Department project
- _**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Werribee Mercy is a public hospital providing comprehensive care to the growing community in the West. You will be the first to join our newly created Project Team to facilitate a much needed capital infrastructure project to build a new Emergency Department for completion in 2025/26.
- Based at our Werribee Hospital site with remote working opportunities
- Fixed term three-year full-time contract
- Provide efficient, timely and confidential support to the new Project Team.
- Maintain effective and appropriate lines of communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Initiate and maintain accurate project and workflow documentation

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Ability to problem solve, pivot and retain a can-do approach
- Proven administrative experience, preferably in a project-based environment
- Demonstrated organisational and people-centric skills
- Qualification in business administration or equivalent preferred but not essential
