Our client a large NSW state department is seeking a Remuneration Partner, this role role develops detailed remuneration analytical models, including internal and external benchmarking, monitors current workforce remuneration requirements; assists in developing reports to support informed remuneration and service planning decision making for Senior Employees of the department.

The role also undertakes job evaluations; and is responsible for performing internal and external comparisons of job value while facilitating the development of new roles and responsibilities, to facilitate a platform of better career management for employees and increased workplace flexibility across assigned small / less complex divisions of the department.

**This is a contract role for 6 months based in Burwood with WFH options.**

**Key Duties**:

- Undertake remuneration analysis, through the collation and evaluation of internal and external sources,
- and provide timely and accurate advice and reports to facilitate informed decision making.
- Maintain all databases and tables within database systems for use with various statistical packages to ensure data remains current and error free.
- Undertake job evaluation as per prescribed methodology to ensure an equitable and consistent evaluation process having regard to whole of organizational context and external environmental factors.
- Engage stakeholders in relation to information and data gathering and report design, and provide suggestions and insights to fulfil those requirements.
- Support maintenance of a data base of completed evaluations and evaluated role descriptions to ensure there is a single reference source of approved role descriptions.
- Demonstrate the five ways of leading behaviours to deliver organisational outcomes for our customers, our people and communities for the greater good.
- Maintaining remuneration data integrity across the agency which is relied upon my multiple stakeholders to inform decision making.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in data analysis and basic remuneration understanding.
- Experience in job evaluations in a complex organisation with diverse workforce and organizational structure.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
