**About Our Client**:
Page Personnel has partnered with a global consulting firm providing specialist services to the mining, power, water resources, and infrastructure industries.
The Primary duties of this role Includes,
- Answer incoming calls and forward queries to appropriate team members.
- Proof check, and compile outbound documentation.
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing documentation is filed correctly on a daily basis.
- Ensure all drawings, reports and correspondence that are related to specific projects are filed correctly, on a daily basis.
- Produce and deliver all required project related documents and drawings as needed.
- Control and maintain document transmittal forms.
- Manage the archiving system and ensure documents and files are archived correctly and have the ability to retrieve these documents within the time frame specified.
- Maintain the archive register.
- Maintain the catalogue of drawings.
- Ensure the reproduction of drawing, reports and correspondence can be achieved within time frame specified.
- Assist engineers with project specific document control and associated software.
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Excellent typing abilities.
- Intermediate-Advanced experience in Microsoft Suite.
- Great time management and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Relevant experience in a previous role.
