**Completions Administrator**
- UGL has recently been awarded a Lithium Construction Project in the South-West region of WA. Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, we We have an exciting opportunity for a
**Completions**
**Administrator** to join our team. This will be offered on a 5/2 Monday-Friday roster for local Bunbury residents or a 3/1 roster for DIDO with accommodation provided.
You will be a key member of the project team and will provide administration support to the Technical Services Team, ensuring all administrative tasks are performed efficiently and effectively.
**About the role**
- Prepare and maintain completion document and registers
- Provide daily support to the Completions and Engineering Teams
- Assist Document Control as required
- Maintain Policies and procedures
- Update audit schedules and ensure compliance with the Quality Management systems to ISO 9001
- Booking walkdowns, sending invites and managing schedules
**About you**
- Proficient in accessing Document Management Systems
- Previous experience in a Completions / Technical Administration role is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use initiative and prioritise workload
- Developed analytical and planning skills
- Intermediate MS Office and relevant computer systems knowledge
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Good organisational skills
