The Company

Highly reputable Manufacturing business are currently seeking an outstanding Telephone Administrator to join their customer service team on a full-time permanent basis.

You will collaborate with like-minded individuals to hit strategic goals and deliver a seamless process for their key clients.

The Position

Answer incoming / making outbound telephone calls;
Manage new accounts and relay information to the sales team;
Process orders;
Process invoices and credits;
Process credit adjustment notes;
Liaise with different departments regarding customer enquiries; and

Other duties assigned by management.

Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service role;
Excellent customer service experience;
High level of attention to detail;
Exceptional organisational and time management skills;
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; and

Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced work environment.
