**Description**:
Are you driven and ready to take the next step in your corporate sales? This exciting, phone based sales role has huge growth opportunities and a major emphasis on solution focussed selling and acquiring new major clients. You will;
Develop your sales career as Business Development Team Leader
Drive market share and revenue growth by acquiring new large clients
Play a significant role in shaping and implementing our growth strategy
Mentor your team to achieve exceptional results

**Skills and Experiences**:
To succeed in this role, you will have;
A proven track record of acquiring and building new business
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
The resilience, motivation and positivity to achieve the desired outcomes
Confidence to develop key strategic sales relationships with new clients in a professional manner
Strong time management skills
At least 5+ years' experience in a Business Development role
