We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Director to spearhead the growth of our expanding retail network. With 140+ stores across Australia, New Zealand and Canada, we aim to deliver exceptional patient care while providing an affordable, unique and fashionable product to all.

About the Opportunity

This is a senior leadership role that requires a result-driven individual with exceptional skills in sales, marketing, and team management. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving business expansion through strategic planning, market analysis, and talent development.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market share
  • Collaborate closely with our Optometrists to deliver a superior customer experience and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Lead and manage high-performing teams to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a proven track record in business development, sales, and team leadership. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional results and building lasting relationships, we encourage you to apply.

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Senior Manager or equivalent in a high-volume retail environment
  • Previous experience in Optical background is preferred
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful business strategies and drive revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
