**About the opportunity**:
Based in Macquarie Park, the Planning Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Demand and Supply Planning team in the end-to-end order fulfilment process ensuring all production and sales requirements are met and inventory levels are maintained.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Supporting end-to-end order fulfilment process with internal and external vendors to ensure product availability.
- Pro-actively working with vendors to resolve any potential supply delays.
- Communication of supply shortages / excess with key stake holders and provide visibility of potential supply interruptions to external/internal customers.
- Identify and resolve supply exceptions through orders management, re-allocation of existing inventory and reviewing safety stock parameters.
- Maintaining planning system data to assure highest possible level of data integrity.
- Delivering required reports, metrics and analysis as need in a timely manner.

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- +2 years of experience in Supply Chain, ideally in a FMCG business.
- Experience in planning in an MRP-based production environment and SAP knowledge required.
- Import/Export documentations experience would be an advantage.
- Independent and resourceful team player, able to multi-task and excel in a collaborative environment.
- Strong communication and ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical aptitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
