Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Product Planning Coordinator to join our team at White Fox Boutique in Sydney, Australia.

This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

As a Product Planning Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the delivery schedule of incoming stock, identifying and resolving intake issues, processing weekly markdowns, and conducting option plan management and auditing daily.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively manage the delivery schedule of all incoming stock to ensure timely receipt and storage.
  • Identify and resolve any intake issues in collaboration with the Merchandise Assistant Administrator (MAA) and Buying Assistant Administrator (BAA), updating systems accordingly.
  • Process weekly markdowns and re-prices as advised by the planning team.
  • Conduct option plan management and auditing daily to ensure accurate product information.
  • Run product line cards and forecasting with clear communication to the buying team.
  • Conduct size curve analysis and complete sizing tool updates.
  • Able to make suggestions for sizing mix changes needed to optimize sales.
  • Proactively contribute to department trade each week, following up on any actions and updating the team.
  • Confidently present analysis in relevant meetings.
  • Perform ad hoc reporting, analysis, and data entry.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required), exceptional organizational skills, strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, aptitude for retail math and analysis, ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, manage a high workload, and prioritize tasks based on business priorities.

Estimated Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
