White Fox Boutique, a globally recognised fashion brand, is seeking a Merchandise Planning Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team in a full-time, permanent capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery schedule of all incoming stock, ensuring timely receipt and storage.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve intake issues, updating systems accordingly.
  • Process weekly markdowns and re-prices as advised by the planning team, maintaining accurate records.
  • Conduct option plan management and auditing daily, providing insights to inform inventory decisions.
  • Run product line cards and forecasting, communicating clearly with the buying team to optimise sales.
  • Conduct size curve analysis and complete sizing tool updates, ensuring accurate product representation.
  • Make suggestions for sizing mix changes to optimise sales, leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Contribute proactively to department trade each week, following up on actions and updating the team.
  • Present analysis concisely in relevant meetings, ensuring clear communication of key findings.
  • Perform ad hoc reporting, analysis, and data entry, supporting the planning team's objectives.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, however exceptional organisational skills and raw talent are highly valued.
  • Strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel are preferred, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Aptitude for retail maths and analysis is essential, as is the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage a high workload and work to tight deadlines, with flexibility and adaptability to re-prioritise based on business priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to form relationships across the business.
