Service Desk Analyst

- Contract role with a view to extend
**This is a 3 month contract role for a Service Desk Analyst** reporting to the Service Delivery Manager supporting a workforce of 500+ employees (and growing).
As a member of the Service Delivery Team, you are the primary point of contact for all users for IT as well as users of the online ordering system.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly, courteously and efficiently.
- Configure and provide assistance for end-user devices such as laptops, desktops, and mobiles.
- Assist in the Installation, configuration and maintenance of all IT equipment.
- Administration in an Active Directory and Azure AD hybrid environment.
- Visit multiple sites to provide guidance and support for users face to face and online.
**You will also have experience supporting**:
- Microsoft Windows 10 / 11.
- MS Office 365 - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, One Note and One Drive.
- MS Teams.
- Microsoft 365 cloud-based environment (Azure AD, Exchange and Intune).
- Active Directory
- Fresh Service
