Main responsibilities include:

- Project focus to review and resolve backlog of supplier orders
- Maintain regular contact with customers/suppliers to increase customer satisfaction and enhance the flow of product through the process
- Work closely key suppliers to understand potential delays and communicate and mitigate any issues
- Liaise cross functionally to action redistribution of stock, defer, redirect or cancel open orders
- Partner with Branch / Department Managers to review current delays and alternate options to ensure customer satisfaction

What you need to bring to the role:

- Solid experience in providing exceptional customer service skills in Account Management or Customer Service roles working with large data lists / large client accounts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate excel skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and interest in working with data focused results
- An analytical mind, business acumen & problem-solving aptitude
- Self-motivated, professional, enthusiastic, and can-do attitude
