What is the Opportunity?
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Service Coordinator to enhance our Service team operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring our Field Service team effectively supports clients across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and resolve issues efficiently.
• Scheduling Service Technicians: Oversee service orders, including the scheduling and coordination of Service Technician staff through our ERP system.
• Service Documentation: Manage the processing and distribution of service reports and invoices.
• Service Agreements: Prepare and manage service agreements, including renewals.
• Quotation Management: Assist in the preparation and follow-up of quotations for service contracts, spare parts, and consumables, maintaining an organized quotation log.
• Sub-Contractor Coordination: Facilitate the work of sub-contractors, including the issuance of purchase orders and invoice processing.
• Team Support: Provide assistance to the Service Support Manager and team with daily operational tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Relevant Diploma: A TAFE diploma in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Administrative Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years in an administrative role, ideally within a technical setting.
• Customer Relationship Management: Proven experience in managing customer relationships effectively.
• ERP System Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
• Self-Motivation and Enthusiasm: A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently are essential.
• Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial.
