Customer Service Coordinator

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative and support services to senior manager’s, divisional staff and sub-contractors to facilitate effective utilisation of time and resources by enhancing capacity to achieve operational objectives. Notwithstanding this, you will undertake a range of business research initiatives, analysis, and reporting, contributing to operational solutions meeting client expectations.
**Operations**
- Successful organization of periodical assignments, and subsequent accurate delivery of invoice reconciliation to accounts, for payment.
- If and when required provide business support to management in preparation for strip and seal assignments.
**Administration**
- Undertake basic research and analysis in assigned Business areas and contribute to the preparation of briefs to support informed decision making and planning.
- Assign and monitor resources effectively to maximize deliverables output.
- Verification of Sub
- Contractor time sheets, analysing completion of works and following up with appropriate persons.
- Ensure all data is recorded accurately via company and client relevant management systems.
- All other ADHOC duties if and when required
**Communication**
- Communicate with relevant stakeholders to provide updates regarding status and implementation issues.
- Collaborate with Area Management and Site Supervisors to align working schedules ahead of client periodical requests.
**Customer Service**
- Review customer complaints and feedback by resolving in a timely manner, and reporting to the wider team ahead of KPI meetings.
**Partnership**
- Liaison between all stakeholders ensuring streamlined communication within operations, by developing and maintaining healthy relationships.
- Team player, educating where required and working successfully to deliver on goals within role and for the company.
- Strive to meet or exceed support team expectations through excellent customer service, whilst embracing a positive approach to work, taking accountability, and actively working towards solutions.
**Reporting**
- Collating, interpreting, and analysing data through ongoing reports.
- Verify completion of works, namely, window cleans, through sign off sheets.
**Continuous Improvement**
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
**Governance**
- Collaboration of the company’s strategic planning and management system, alongside adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Uphold strict confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information, including personnel matters, financial data, contracts, and other proprietary information.
- Operation of safety culture site management tool daily to review outstanding auditorial tasks.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
