**Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our small mental health support company. This role involves managing client relations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and overseeing staff training and morale. The General Manager will also support administrative and financial operations and ensure compliance with NDIS registration regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Management**:

- Onboard new clients and conduct meet-and-greet sessions.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to all clients.
- Communicate regularly with clients, addressing their feedback and concerns promptly.
- Prioritize client satisfaction and strive to improve client relationships.

**Staff Management**:

- Train, manage, and support staff to ensure high performance and morale.
- Address staff concerns and feedback constructively.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

**Operational Support**:

- Assist the admin and finance teams to ensure smooth company operations.
- Collaborate with other staff members to address operational challenges and improve processes.
- Ensure the company adheres to all NDIS registration regulations and stays updated on relevant policies and procedures.

**Compliance and Knowledge**:

- Maintain a strong understanding of NDIS policies and procedures.
- Ensure all company activities comply with NDIS regulations.

**Reporting**:

- Report directly to the Director of the company.
- Provide regular updates on client satisfaction, staff performance, and operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Background in allied health is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of NDIS and related policies and procedures.
- Proven experience in client management, staff training, and operational support.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
