We are proud to serve Superfoods to our guest to support them living a Super Life with our products being Plant Based, Vegan, Dairy Free and full of natural minerals, nutrients, and vitamins to support a new healthy way of living. We are a truly healthy meal replacement for all age groups.

To support the exciting expansion across our East Coast market’s, we are looking for a dedicated Operations and Training Manager to have boots on the ground leading our Franchise operations and training across NSW & QLD.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of hands-on experience in coaching, leading, and managing a team to drive food excellence, a remarkable guest experience, profitability, and set us up for future growth.

You will lead the support and training function for our Franchisees and support the general running of their stores and also our group of corporate stores, you will embrace developing the team through coaching and training opportunities and be responsible for working with Franchisees to support the operational and financial management of restaurants across key pillars:

- Food and guest experience: ensuring food safety, food quality and 100% guest experience.
- People: ensuring we hire the best talent; our values are lived each day and we continue train and develop as a team and focus on the delivery of outstanding customer experience and our franchisees future.
- Safety: ensuring 100% safety compliance in line with Nautical Bowls food safety and WHS requirements.
- Profitability: management and effective control of Franchisee and Corporate restaurants P&L.

This hands-on position will play a key role in our continued growth plans, with a healthy pipeline of new stores on the way for 2024 and assist on the planning and strategic direction of the brand into 2025.

Pay: $73,654.65 - $85,559.86 per year

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- High School (Year 9-11) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- training and operations: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mermaid Waters, QLD
