We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Growth Manager to spearhead our company's expansion into new markets and drive sustainable revenue growth. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on emerging business opportunities, developing strategic plans, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and market trends
- Develop and implement innovative business strategies and growth initiatives aligned with company goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to drive effective execution of growth plans
- Lead the preparation of compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to secure new business opportunities
- Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with growth initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
- Explore and evaluate potential partnerships, acquisitions, or strategic alliances to support business growth objectives

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic planning roles, with a successful track record of driving growth initiatives
- Strong commercial acumen and solution development experience, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and derive actionable insights
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Goal-oriented, creative, and resilient, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs
- Knowledge of the energy industry is advantageous but not essential
