This is a diverse role that will offer you variety each day, working across our customer service and warehouse functions. You will be provided training and given scope to showcase your skills in customer service and warehouse operations as you develop your career with an iconic Australian company.

**This is a Monday to Friday role, working a 38-hour week within the trading hours of 7:30am to 4.00pm.**

**What Will You Do?**

**This is a hands-on role**, so it requires someone that is self-motivated, highly organised with the ability to multi-task. You will be working along with the customer service team by:

- managing customer orders by interacting with internal stakeholders to ensure we can meet the customer’s requirements
- following-up on quotations and inquiries and identifying sales opportunities
- providing timely communication with all customers and internal stakeholders regarding the status of quotes, orders, projects requirements and schedules

You will also be working alongside the warehouse team with key activities that can involve unloading our incoming deliveries and loading our products ready to be dispatched to our customers. You will:

- receive loads (goods inwards), check quality, confirming type and quantity and receipting goods into our ERP system
- load customer vehicles (goods out) with their pick-up orders, create paperwork & dispatching/manifesting product in our system
- pick & pack from stock on site to create customers’ specific orders
