We are seeking an experienced articulated dump truck operator to join our team at the smelter in Port Pirie, South Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Operate articulated dump trucks to transport materials such as soil, rocks, and debris within the smelter.
- Ensure the safe loading, transportation, and unloading of materials, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspection of the dump truck to ensure it is in optimal working condition.
- Assist in the general maintenance and cleanliness of the smelter.
- Collaborate with the construction team to support project goals and timelines.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, operators, and other team members.
- Relevant RII ticket for mobile plant operations
- Experience in operating 30T - 40T
- Construction White Card
- Demonstrated knowledge of safe work practices
- Valid Driver's Licence + Car
- Experience working a combination of Days / Nights
- Pride in your machine and standard of work
- Safe and reliable work
- Regular check-ins
- A ready, responsive, and caring team
- All necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to perform your role efficiently and safely
