Our mission is empowering individuals to prioritise their well-being. We are currently seeking a dynamic Assistant Operations Manager to join our team and drive our mission forward.

Lead the way in developing and delivering cutting-edge training programs that empower individuals to reach their full potential. Your expertise will pave the path for growth, not only for our team but also for the organization as a whole.
- Manage and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous improvement and exceptional results. Your data-driven approach will be the driving force behind our success
- Proficiency in managing KPIs and utilising data-driven insights to make informed decisions
- Design and execute incentive programs that motivate and inspire our team to exceed expectations
- Demonstrated proficiency in conceiving, developing, and executing training programs that align with organizational objectives and foster growth at both individual and collective levels
- Assist employees in creating personalised development plans, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting career progression within the organisation.
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in using training software, e-learning platforms, and learning management systems.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs within a corporate or organizational setting.
- Complete a bachelor's degree in a related field such as human resources, organisational development, business administration, education or psychology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills. Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods. Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:
- Bachelor Degree (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Training and development management: 1 year (preferred)
