**Your Impact**
The FEV Commercial Manager is a strategically critical position responsible for driving sustainable & profitable growth for CUB’s FEV portfolio. The role is accountable for supporting the delivery and tracking of net revenue, profit & other key performance targets across the FEV business.
This role supports all components of Sales delivery - both execution and delivery of performance across all channels and geographies of Australia. The role will also support the interactions and interface between the FEV Partner Businesses and the CUB Retail & On-Premise Account teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the delivery of long-term sales and channel strategy for the collective FEV businesses, ensuring alignment to the overall CUB and Asahi strategies
- Engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Supply, Category & Marketing, to maximise commercial business outcomes for FEV and CUB
- Support the delivery of the annual FEV Commercial Plan, ensuring that the FEV business plans align to all CUB channel priorities
- Identify opportunities to enhance the commercial model of the FEV businesses, including best practices, capability and supporting any associated change management activities
- Support the team to build FEV sales priorities and brand execution pipeline to ensure strategic and commercial outcomes are maximised
**About You**
This position will require an experienced Sales or Marketing professional with demonstrated experience in negotiating commercial contracts within the FMCG industry. A highly motivated individual with excellent communication abilities and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management dealing with major accounts
- Experience within a National Account Executive or Key Account Manager position within the FMCG industry
- Ability to exceed sales targets using a structured data-driven, planned approach
- Experience in negotiating and closing commercial contracts
- Deep knowledge of category management principles, tools and best-in-class practice
- Proven project management experience and the ability to deliver quality execution on time and within budget
- Demonstrated strong influencing and selling skills
